By using SCS Frontier OS, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly:

  • Follow the law. You are responsible for following all calling, texting, recording, and data laws that apply to you and the people you contact.
  • Calls and texts. Get any consent the law requires before you call or text someone. Honor Do-Not-Call requests. Only contact people during legal hours. Never use the tools for spam.
  • Opt-outs. Honor every opt-out. If someone replies STOP, you must stop texting them. SCS Frontier helps by blocking further texts to numbers that opt out.
  • Call recording. Many states — including Washington — require everyone on a call to agree before it is recorded. If you record or transcribe calls, get consent from all parties first.
  • Skip tracing. Use skip-trace data only for lawful purposes. Do not use it for anything restricted by the FCRA or other laws.
  • Your data. You confirm you have the right to upload and use the contact information you put into SCS Frontier.
  • Enforcement. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
