In your current tool, open contacts or leads and choose Export / Download CSV. Bring the whole list — Frontier sorts it out.

Re-importing or stacking lists? Frontier dedupes by phone, email, and address so the same seller never shows up twice.
Frontier reads each record and scores it 0–100 by motivation in the background, so your queue is ranked before you make the first call.
If it's in your export, Frontier brings it in. Phone numbers get normalized, addresses get cleaned up, and each lead is stamped with a from: tag so you can always filter your migrated list separately.
Honest about the edges: Frontier imports your contact and lead data from CSV. It doesn't reach into a third-party tool to pull historical call recordings or automation builders — those live in the old system. Your sellers, numbers, and pipeline come with you.
