1. Not professional advice
Frontier ("Frontier", the "Service") is software tooling provided by Sound Choice Systems LLC ("we", "us", "Company"), a Washington State limited liability company. The Service is not financial, legal, tax, investment, real estate, or accounting advice. Information surfaced by the Service — including motivation scores, deal analyses, AI-generated summaries, recommended scripts, comparable property data, offer math, and pipeline forecasts — is informational only and does not constitute professional advice or a professional opinion. You should consult a licensed attorney, CPA, financial advisor, real estate broker, or other qualified professional before making any business decision, legal commitment, or financial investment. The Service is a productivity tool, not a fiduciary.
2. No guarantee of results
Real estate investing involves substantial risk including loss of principal. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that using Frontier will produce closed deals, profit, income, lead quality, conversion rates, return on investment, or any specific business outcome. Any success stories, case studies, illustrative numbers, sample dashboards, or benchmark figures shown in the Service or in marketing materials are illustrative only and are not predictive of your results. Your outcomes depend on factors outside our control including your market, capital, time invested, investor skill, list quality, local regulations, and economic conditions.
3. AI-generated content limitations
Frontier uses large language models (currently Anthropic Claude) to generate seller summaries, motivation scoring rationales, message variants, role-play feedback, and similar outputs. AI outputs are probabilistic and can be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or hallucinated. You must independently verify any AI-generated content before relying on it for any communication with sellers, buyers, partners, or regulators. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any AI output and are not liable for actions taken based on AI suggestions. Each AI surface inside the Service includes inline disclaimers reinforcing this.
4. TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and DNC compliance
You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable communications laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, state consumer-protection statutes, federal and state Do-Not-Call (DNC) lists, and any local mini-TCPA laws. Frontier provides compliance-supporting features such as opt-out tracking, DNC flag carry-over from skip-trace, consent timestamps, and STOP keyword handling — these are tools, not a compliance program. You are responsible for: obtaining required consents before contacting any lead, honoring opt-out requests, scrubbing your lists against current DNC registries, retaining your own compliance records, and ensuring your call/text patterns comply with state-specific curfews and frequency caps. Use of the Service does not transfer compliance liability to Sound Choice Systems LLC.
5. Skip trace and consumer data use
Frontier integrates with third-party skip-trace and consumer-data providers (e.g., BatchLeads, ATTOM, county records). Your use of these data sources via the Service is subject to those providers' terms and to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), and applicable state laws. You must not use skip-trace results for purposes prohibited by these statutes — including debt collection, eligibility for credit, insurance underwriting, employment screening, or stalking. Use is restricted to legitimate real-estate-investment outreach. We do not warrant the accuracy of third-party data and are not responsible for incorrect, outdated, or wrongly-attributed records returned by any provider.
6. Electronic signatures
The Service includes electronic-signature capabilities. Electronic signatures executed via Frontier are intended to satisfy the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) where adopted. However, certain documents require wet signatures or notarization under federal or state law (e.g., wills, certain conveyances, certain financing instruments, certain disclosures). You are responsible for determining whether a given document is eligible for electronic execution in your jurisdiction. Frontier does not provide notarization. Consult an attorney for any document with legal weight.
7. Third-party data sources
Frontier integrates with third-party services including PropStream, DealMachine, BatchLeads, ATTOM Data, Stripe, Resend, Anthropic, Supabase, and others. Data, content, and functionality provided by these third parties is their responsibility, not ours. We make no representation about the accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness of third-party data. Comparable property values, ARV estimates, rehab estimates, neighborhood statistics, and lead-list data should be independently verified before reliance. Service outages, data errors, or policy changes at third-party providers may affect Frontier's functionality without prior notice.
8. Investor responsibility for compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Frontier complies with all applicable laws and regulations in every jurisdiction where you do business — including real estate licensing requirements, fair-housing laws, wholesaling disclosure rules, advertising standards, anti-fraud statutes, state-specific real-estate-investor disclosure requirements, consumer-protection statutes, and tax-reporting obligations. Frontier surfaces tools and prompts intended to support compliant operation but does not enforce compliance on your behalf. The Service is not a substitute for legal counsel familiar with the specific laws of your state and locality.
9. No fiduciary or agency relationship
Nothing in the Service or in your use of it creates a fiduciary, agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or principal-agent relationship between you and Sound Choice Systems LLC. You operate your business independently and at your own risk. We do not act as your broker, agent, advisor, or representative in any transaction.
10. Software provided as-is
The Service is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, that the Service or the servers that host it are free of viruses or harmful components, or that your data will be retained without loss. Reasonable backup and security measures are described in our Terms of Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to this disclaimer
We may update this disclaimer from time to time as the Service evolves or applicable law changes. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your account or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a revised disclaimer constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
